The Delivery Lead Candidate Generation is responsible for managing a team of sourcers and overseeing the entire candidate generation process. This role involves developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies building strong client relationships and driving efficiencies within the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic and innovative leader who is passionate about talent acquisition and driving organizational success through effective candidate generation.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in office 12x a month)
Work Schedule: Night shift (9pm6am MNL)
Specific requirements: 2 years of leadership experience 5 years of sourcing experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interview hire coach lead and develop a team of sourcers managing their workflow and delegating job assignments.
- Cultivate strong relationships with client teams and serve as the expert in all areas of sourcing talent focusing on performance and return on investment.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that align with business priorities continuously discovering and evaluating innovative sourcing technology and tools.
- Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through innovative methods.
- Responsible for implementing new processes and practices to support strategic sourcing and drive efficiencies within the organization.
- Develop formal recruiting strategic plans and analytics to evaluate the teams progress and achievements.
- Provide recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends emerging technology sourcing tools and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Delivery Lead Candidate Generation will lead a team of (Specialized) Talent Sourcers and Senior Talent Consultants providing guidance conducting performance reviews and supporting professional growth.
Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent combination of education professional training or work experience.
Experience:
- 2 years experience in a managerial role within a sourcing or recruiting environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a team.
- Expertise in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate team performance and develop strategic plans.
Exposure:
- Experience using complex Boolean strings Chrome extensions and social mining sourcing techniques.
- Strong ATS/CRM/Technical skills with the ability to utilize technology to increase productivity and achieve results.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills.
- Knowledge of innovative sourcing technology and tools.
- Uptodate with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.
