Job Description
- Production Support: Assisting with daily production activities such as sorting packing labeling or inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Material Handling: Loading and unloading raw materials or finished products manually
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping work areas clean and organized disposing of waste materials and ensuring equipment is in good condition.
- Outdoor and WeatherDependent Tasks: Performing duties outdoors such as moving materials maintaining storage areas or other activities exposed to varying weather conditions including heat cold rain or wind.
- Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols to minimize risks wearing required protective gear and reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Physical Demands: Engaging in physically demanding tasks like lifting bending standing for long periods and carrying materials of various weights.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
This position requires flexibility physical stamina and a willingness to work in environments that may be subject to weather changes.
