Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with company objectives
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality price and delivery capabilities
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible price and service
Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes
Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and inventory levels
Conduct market research to stay uptodate with industry trends and pricing
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in the construction industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to procurement
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent time management and organizational skills
