Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Programmer Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for analyzing designing developing implementing and maintaining software applications to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop test and implement software solutions using programming languages such as Java C Python or others as necessary.
Perform system analysis and design to create efficient and scalable applications that meet business objectives.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software systems to ensure optimal performance and usability.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to maintain code quality and consistency.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve software development processes and tools.
Document all software development activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate software applications with existing systems and data sources.
Provide technical support and guidance to endusers to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of software solutions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in software development programming and system analysis.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C Python or others.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies frameworks and tools. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment. Experience with database management systems and data integration techniques is a plus.9. Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Software Development Professional) are advantageous.
