Job Description
We are looking for Data Project Lead for a major international project where a high level of English (daily use) will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the endtoend delivery of AMS projects ensuring all services are delivered on time within scope and to the expected quality standards.
- Monitor and manage the performance of AMS teams ensuring compliance with SLAs KPIs and client expectations.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including Development QA Infrastructure and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Implement and maintain ITIL best practices to optimize incident problem change and request management processes.
