Job Description



Job Title: Business Travel Sales Associate

OTE 100N same ratio of 25K every 100N

OTE (Gross): 25000 L.E per month Target of 100N

OTE (Gross): 15000 L.E per month Target of 75N

Gross Salary: 8000 L.E per month


Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and exhibitors.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

Requirements:

Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Fluent Command of English / American Accent is a Major Plus

6 Month Expectation on production 150 Nights very achievable upon prospecting followups.

Customer Lifecycle: to rebook multiple events at once or rebook same event every 6 month.

  • Product Knowledge:
  • Gain a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
  • Learn the features benefits and value propositions of each product.
  • Familiarize yourself with common objections and how to address them effectively.
  • Sales Training:
  • Participate in comprehensive sales training programs provided by the company.
  • Learn sales techniques strategies and best practices.
  • Understand the sales process including prospecting qualifying presenting overcoming objections and closing deals.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential customers in the target market.
  • Utilize various prospecting methods such as cold calling email outreach networking and referrals.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for potential sales opportunities.
  • Building Relationships:
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Understand their needs challenges and goals.
  • Provide personalized solutions and demonstrate value to build trust and credibility.
  • Effective Communication:
  • Master effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Understand the art of negotiation and persuasive techniques.
  • Handle objections confidently and address customer concerns.
  • Close deals by gaining commitment and finalizing sales agreements.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Continuously nurture customer relationships through followups updates and ongoing support.
  • Seek opportunities for upselling crossselling and referrals to maximize customer value.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends market changes and competitors.
  • Seek feedback from customers and colleagues to improve sales techniques.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills.
  • Goal Achievement:
  • Set clear sales goals and targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Track and measure progress regularly.
  • Take proactive actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing customer support and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share best practices insights and success stories with fellow sales agents.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.





Benefits


Performance Bonus:

We offer a performancebased bonus structure with the potential to earn an additional 30% of your base salary.

The bonus is distributed as follows:

Production KPI: Up to 10% of your base salary (1000 L.E) based on meeting production targets 10 Nights minimum on monthly basis

Attendance KPI: Up to 10% of your base salary (1000 L.E) based on meeting attendance criteria (97%)

The performance bonus is subject to achieving the defined KPIs and is evaluated on a monthly basis.

Commissions :


Deal(s) above 100 nights 70 nights will be taken as commission for first month and the rest of the commission will be taken when the customer checks in.

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Spiff if produced.
