Job Description
Title: Inventory Manager
Work location: Boca Raton FL 33431
Assignment Length: 12 Months (Possible extension/conversion)
Shift Timings: 8am 5pm. 1st shift no OT or weekends expected. Onsite assignment in Boca but we may need this person to travel to one or two of the larger sites
Job Description:
- The Inventory Manager will lead and establish an inventory management process to ensure efficiency and accuracy across three systems.
- Manages entire warehouse operations and oversees performance of all tasks involved in the shipment requisition and storage of materials supplies and equipment into and from warehouse.
- May include the coordination of material flow within a manufacturing organization and shipping and receiving.
- This consultant will be responsible for addressing and fixing issues in the asset model of sales differentiating between raw and finished goods and managing various processes.
- The role will be onsite with some travel required.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Lead physical inventory counts at all sites including rental units housed at customer sites.
- Establish and maintain an inventory tracking process identifying any gaps requiring system upgrades.
- Conduct analysis for reserve adjustments.
- Identify key metrics for tracking inventory.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of X years of experience in inventory management operations and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis tools.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
