What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and inspire a team of talented biomedical professionals to deliver bestinclass healthcare technology services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the patient experience.e
- Ensure compliance with CIHQ DNV and JACHO regulatory standards
Oversee inventory purchasing cybersecurity and capital planning for medical equipment - Work directly with Csuite executives to align technology management with broader healthcare objectives
- Drive continuous process improvement and embrace new technologies to improve healthcare outcomes
- Mentor and develop your team fostering a culture of learning and professional growth
What Were Looking For
- Proven leader with a customerfirst approach
- Experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting
- Strong regulatory knowledge (CIHQ DNV JACHO compliance expertise required)
- Financial and strategic acumen budgeting capital planning and decisionmaking experience
- Handson experience with medical technology and clinical equipment
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years in healthcare technology management
- Executive presence with the ability to work collaboratively with hospital leadership
