Job Title: Podcast Producer & Growth Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1400 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST Global)
Alternative Work Hours (PH) 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (EST as needed)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Podcast Producer & Growth Manager to manage audio and video editing tasks creating engaging and informative content for YouTube Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and podcast production along with a passion for crafting compelling scrollstopping content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Podcast Editing: Edit and produce highquality audio for podcast episodes.
- Video Content Creation: Edit and repurpose video content into YouTube videos shorts and Instagram reels.
- Content Management: Manage and maintain content distribution across platforms such as YouTube Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn.
- CrossPlatform Repurposing: Transform content from one platform into tailored formats for others.
- Show Notes and Captions: Write engaging podcast show notes and add captions to videos.
- Graphics and Design: Create visual assets using Canva and similar tools.
Qualifications:
MustHaves:
- Proven experience as a podcast and video editor with a portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in video and audio editing software.
- Excellent English communication skills with strong copywriting abilities for captions and show notes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Experience with Canva and other graphic design software.
MustHaves:
- Experience developing marketing/sales copy to identify the best shortform video clips for audience engagement.
- Graphic design skills to create static images graphics and presentations.
