Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (No Weekends!)

Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent vehicle repair centre in Sittingbourne, is looking for a talented Workshop Controller to join their growing team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading & Managing a team of 6 technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving - Get involved in diagnostics and problem-solving sessions with the team to share knowledge and enhance skills.
• Ensuring Quality - Oversee the servicing and repair work on a range of vehicles, ensuring all cars meet the high standards before being sold.
• Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the owner and service manager to maximize department efficiency and productivity.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has strong technical knowledge and ideally, is a qualified technician (though not essential).
• Has excellent communication and management skills - you know how to lead a team and foster a positive, productive environment.
• Has a keen eye for detail and can multitask under pressure.
• Is comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
