Are you a dedicated and detailoriented healthcare professional looking to join a dynamic medical team We are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to work under the clinical supervision of our clients physicians and office manager assisting in the care and treatment of patients in a fastpaced medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in patient examinations and treatments.
- Interview patients and document medical history.
- Measure and record vital signs including pulse temperature blood pressure weight and height.
- Perform phlebotomy collect blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma Certificate of Attendance/Completion GED or relevant experience required.
Licensure & Certifications (Must have at least one of the following):
- Medical Assistant (MA) certification Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) (Florida license required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
