Project Manager
Salary: 95k 150k

As a Project Manager youll play a critical role in ensuring efficient planning execution and financial management while fostering teamwork and maintaining a commitment to safety. Position Details:
- Hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration:
- Communicate project needs between the General Contractor Trade Partners and office teams.
- Participate in internal meetings including sitespecific safety plans project handoffs resource coordination and postproject reviews.
- Attend external project meetings to represent the company professionally.
- Project Oversight:
- Manage all aspects of project completion including preconstruction planning labor and equipment scheduling and material coordination.
- Approve major project purchases and organize tools safety supplies and fuel arrangements for projects.
- Ensure daily progress management and effective change management processes.
- Financial and Contractual Management:
- Manage project work to achieve profitability goals.
- Oversee project billings handle change order pricing and processing and ensure timely project closeout.
- Handle schedule coordination QA/QC reporting and cost management.
- Labor and Resource Management:
- Make timely requests for labor needs and communicate changing project requirements with the superintendent and foreman.
- Company Representation:
- Promote core company values and ensure safety practices are upheld both internally and externally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Construction Management or relevant experience preferred).
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong commitment to safety and maintaining an injuryfree workplace.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Customerfocused with a teamoriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and Bluebeam.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
