Job Description
SUMMARY:
Position responsible for maintaining the quality of facility assets including the building civil works interior finishes office furniture and fit outs rest rooms plumbing and associated subjects for entire 27.7 acres of site coverage. Responsibility includes effective delivery of Housekeeping landscaping pest control civil repair painting and associated services to maintain the total facility assets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*:
- Maintain built up area of 550000 sq.ft of manufacturing and office spaces.
- Plan and execute civil repairs as necessary including paintings services.
- Establish short and mediumterm contracts to do maintenance.
- Maintain interior spaces in various offices canteen and support function domain.
- Plan and execute interior repairs periodically and as necessary.
- Establish contracts to do interior maintenance and sustain finishes.
- Track and report asset management cost performance to budget.
- Conduct asset quality survey periodically and fine tune the asset maintenance plan.
- Maintain housekeeping and landscaping at the highest standards across the site.
- Establish & steer the housekeeping and landscaping contractual services to deliver the highest standards.
- Maintain adequate infrastructure (equipments) and maintenance contracts for Housekeeping and landscaping works.
- Maintain compliance to Integrated Management System requirements and drive continuous improvement through TAGE projects.
- Conduct periodic stake holder walkthrough evaluation obtain feedback and tweak asset quality services delivery plan.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelors degree in in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 12 years in large industries with adequate office set up maintenance scope.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
- Experience of handing both civil and interior asset maintenance.
- Aptitude to work with contractual services group and deliver performance.
- Knowledge on repair estimation BOQ and scope preparation is essential.
- Flair for maintaining good aesthetics and continuous stake holder engagement.
PREFERRED:
- Working knowledge on interior execution and maintenance requirement.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Large hotel or IT infrastructure services work experience and exposure.
