Job Description

Hiring for manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Design and implement strategies to attract recruit and retain top talent.
Manage endtoend recruitment including job postings candidate screenings interviews and onboarding.
Build a robust talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
2. Organizational Development (OD):
Plan and execute OD initiatives to improve organizational structure and workforce efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to define and promote company culture values and vision.
Conduct periodic organizational health assessments and recommend actionable improvements. 3. Leadership & People Development: Work with the CEO and department heads to identify leadership development opportunities.
Develop and implement customized training programs for team leaders and highpotential employees.
Foster career growth and skill development within the organization.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations:
Design and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
Address employee grievances resolve conflicts and promote a harmonious work environment.
Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management.
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and industry regulations.
Update and maintain employee handbooks contracts and HR policies in alignment with organizational needs.
6. Performance Management:
Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems and goalsetting processes.
Provide training and guidance to team leaders and employees on performance reviews.
7. Learning & Development:
Identify training requirements and facilitate workshops seminars and other learning initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to create tailored growth and development plans for employees.
8. Payroll & Benefits Management:
Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements.
Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance leave and retirement plans.
9. Strategic Planning:
Align HR strategies with the companys longterm objectives.
Provide insights on workforce planning succession planning and organizational restructuring.
10. Administrative Support to CEO:
Assist the CEO with organizational planning decisionmaking and policy development.
Coordinate and manage special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO. Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and policy implementation.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g. GreytHR payroll systems).
Exceptional communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels. Preferred Skills:
Experience in Renewable Energy IT or Manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with change management and organizational development methodologies.
