Job Description

Sales Account Executive
Location: Nashville TN (Must Reside Locally)

Job Overview

We are seeking two Sales Account Executives to join our team in Nashville TN. These roles are primarily focused on account management (farming) with existing enterprise clients while also driving new business development (hunting) opportunities. One position will focus on the healthcare sector while the other will manage accounts within the State of Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships within assigned territories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Provide IT solutions tailored to client needs including cybersecurity AI storage and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with technology partners such as Dell Pure Storage and others to deliver the best solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams including sales engineers operations and leadership.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT sales preferably with enterprise customers.
  • Experience in account management with a track record of growing existing business.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure cybersecurity AI cloud computing and storage solutions.
  • Candidates with experience at Dell or within the healthcare industry (pharmacy health tech etc.) are highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/virtual environment.
  • Must have a stable work history (no frequent job changes within 1 1.5 years).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary
  • Total Compensation (W2): $200000 $250000 (based on renewals and new sales percentage of gross profit).

Interview Process
  1. Initial Interview 30minute Teams call with the CEO.
  2. Technical Discussion Meeting with the CTO.
  3. Panel Interview Meeting with Director of Operations HR and another team member to assess cultural and professional fit.
