Our client a leader in digital transformation within the property management industry is on the lookout for a dynamic Application Manager for Document Management Systems (DMS). Youll join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to pushing boundaries developing innovative products and creating efficient processes that redefine industry standards.
Tasks
Youll take ownership of critical systems and processes ensuring smooth operations and driving innovation in application management. Heres a closer look at what youll do:
- Oversee the seamless functioning of the DMS landscape applications and interfaces under your care.
- Bring operational expertise to upcoming system replacements including middleware ERP and DMS.
- Solve operational challenges by leveraging configuration skills and related technical knowledge.
- Manage user rights for assigned systems and champion process automation wherever possible.
- Monitor system limits SLAs and licenses proactively planning lifecycle management tasks.
- Act as the key liaison with suppliers ensuring effective lifecycle management.
- Support audits and crossteam inquiries with system expertise.
- Analyze data and implementation quality initiating improvements with the product team and suppliers.
- Ensure quality documentation and operational processes for assigned applications.
Requirements
You are a techsavvy professional with a drive for stable systems automation and userfriendly solutions. Heres what makes you a great fit:
- A higher vocational education (university HF FH).
- At least 3 years of experience as an Application Manager or System Engineer in document management systems (DMS/ECM).
- Handson experience with DMS projects and application management.
- Proficiency in system configuration including workflow/flow process automation XML scripting and certificates.
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and working in Scrum/SAFe teams is a plus.
- A strong understanding of user experience data security and access management.
- Analytical thinking organizational skills resilience and persuasive communication.
- Fluency in German and English both spoken and written.
