Job Description

This role would be a hybrid role 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. This role would be temporary but if a need opens could be converted to full time. no guarantees.

Must have:

  • Professional resume that shows the written communication skills
  • 1 year of Microsoft office experience (Excel word teams and emails for example)
  • Balance multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely assistance in opening requisitions handle internal and external job postings moving candidates through recruiting process through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Create prepare and send offer letters to hiring managers and process accepts and move candidates to preemployment screening
  • Prioritize timely followup and followthrough thoroughness in work and attention to detail
  • Anticipate issues before they arise and effectively problem solve in advance independently making quick educated decisions
  • Participate in a variety of operationsbased projects to help our Recruiting Team to meet and exceed corporate objectives
  • Provide other administrative support the recruitment function as business needs require

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred
  • Prior experience working in HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency as a Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordinator is preferred
  • Expertise in working with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Excel and Teams) and working across time zones
  • Prior Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience is strongly preferred Workday is a plus!
  • Experience with Smartsheet and/or similar ticketing system is preferred
  • A high level of dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Impeccable confidentiality attention to detail and selforganization (strong professional resume)
  • Positive flexible and ability to prioritize in a fastpaced working environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and balance multiple priorities at once while being efficient and calm in the face of change
  • Effective listening skills and strong communication skills (oral written and telephone skills)
  • Ability to build strong positive relationships across various levels of the organization
  • Presents high level of professionalism for virtual and onsite meetings with stakeholders
  • Patience and poise to interact with management at all levels
  • Strong teammate who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team success
  • Ability to adapt to changes within the business
  • Able to work within a team environment or able to be self sufficient
