Summary - This position is for a law firm account managing a team of 34 team members.
- This role involves overseeing/handling daytoday Mail Shipping Copy Scan Office Supply Ordering Reserving Conference Room/Visiting Office ordering prepacked lunch/breakfast for meetings from vendors Settingup beverages and catering Upkeep of Conference Rooms and Kitchen supplies arrangements.
- Manager is seeking a candidate with proven leadership and managerial skills.
- They must be able to prioritize tasks and time management as will be putting on many hats throughout the day.
- Must be able to maintain professional appearance and demeanor and very good verbal and written communication skills.
- First point of contact with customers and must develop cadence.
- Previous experience in the Office Operation Support environment would be ideal.
- Flexibility with early start or working late to accommodate enduser requests outside of scheduled hours. (usually during weekdays).
- The candidate should be able to be a liaison handling Facilities requests and assist customer teams with other routine tasks as first responder.
- Managers will want to see working experience on resumes of Selfmotivated Time management prioritizing tasks great attitude fast learner and show consistency.
- Previous related work experience in Hotelling Business Office environment and/or Law Firm would be ideal.
- Fulfilling Reception dutiesgreeting guests answering/transferring phone calls etc.
- There is no extensive lifting walking or standing.
- Dress code is business causal.
- There will be some walking lifting and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lb. assistance available over this limit.
