Job Description
Location: Honolulu Hawaii (25% travel required)
An SAP SuccessFactors SME (Subject Matter Expert) is a highly skilled professional with indepth knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors platform responsible for designing implementing and optimizing HR functions within the system including Payroll Time and Benefits by collaborating with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective SuccessFactors configurations and solutions
Required skills and qualifications:
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Strong understanding of payroll principles tax calculations and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in data mapping integration and system configuration
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Experience in testing and training end customers on the solution
