- Responsible for planning coordinating and executing the cutover activities.
- Ensure that the cutover plan is followed and manage any issues or risks that arise.
- Overall ownership of the cutover plan and execution.
- Coordinate and oversee all cutover activities across teams.
- Ensure alignment between technical functional and business teams.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues during the cutover process.
- Communicate cutover status to stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Ensure compliance with the cutover timeline and milestones.
