SOCIAL WORKER FOR THIS NEED WILL BE TRAINED TO DO FAICITIY CRISIS EVALUATIONS IN THE ED/ER.

Requirement description :
- Minimum 2 Plus Years of Psych Experience Required
- MUST BE A LICENSED INDEPENDENT CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LISCW)
- Experience with Pediatric Adolescent and Adult Patients Required
- Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment Required

- DeEscalation Training of any kind CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications Required Can Pend upon submission but MUST have befre We will allow one of the following groups:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
