Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $63/hr on W2
Holy Cross Hospital are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the team at in Silver Spring MD. This is a 13week contract with an 8hour day shift schedule and a competitive pay rate of $63/hr on W2.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide psychosocial support to patients and families.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Lead and coordinate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Facilitate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies.
- Active LCSW license in Maryland.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
