Job Description
As a Solutions Architect your primary responsibility is to design and recommend strategic solutions that align with client goals leveraging extensive SaaS/cloud technology expertise and retail industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to assess business needs and design tailored solutions.
- Lead the execution of POCs and technical strategy presentations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients and enhancing solution delivery.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on market and client insights.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a similar field.
- Over 5 years of experience architecting solutions in SaaS/cloud environments.
- Handson background in retail planning or logistics.
- Must be fluent in both Portuguese and English; Spanish is beneficial.
