Job Description
Join our team as a PreSales Engineer where you'll play a crucial role in driving sales by showcasing the technical benefits of our solutions to prospective clients. Leverage your retail industry knowledge and SaaS expertise to influence and guide customer decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in understanding and qualifying customer needs.
- Lead technical demonstrations and POC initiatives to highlight product value.
- Address technical inquiries and ensure our solutions meet client expectations.
- Draft technical proposals and assist in the RFP response process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 5 years in a similar presales capacity within SaaS/cloud technology.
- Experience in retail operations and ability to interpret business workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills fluency in Portuguese and English required.
