Job Description
A new Video Content Production position has been created and we want you to fill it and own it.
The Video Content Production will manage the preproduction production and postproduction process of a video. Planning developing shooting and editing TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube videos webinars and podcasts.
Create exciting and engaging social media content from videos podcasts or Webinars across our range channels including but not limited to Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube.
Recording social media content such as videos and sound projects
Planing developing and shooting videos / sound content from start to finish
Organizing and editing the raw media (footage and sound files)
Complement and enhance the content with sound design
.Adding music / voiceovers / SFX to video content
Engaging and capturing talent in a dynamic way
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:
Have a solid understanding of social platforms such as Facebook Instagram YouTube and TikTok
Able to complete ownership of content creation from start to finish
Can work with a mix of new and experienced content creatives
Experience with producing recording podcast / webinars post production
Experience with filming and editing TikTok / Reels
Experience with filming YouTube (long and short format) and YouTube shorts
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment
Ability to implement new ideas and use trending sounds to capture audiences

Requirements Proven experience in community management or similar roles, preferably in the luxury events, travel, or lifestyle industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and ask challenging questions. Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling. A proactive, outspoken personality who thrives on facilitating meaningful connections and conversations. Ability to handle feedback constructively and not shy away from difficult or critical discussions. Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and digital community tools.
