Job Description: SailPoint Archite
Location: Boston MA Or Raleigh NC ( Remote) Occasional Travel
Type: Contract
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Architec
Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation:
o Lead the architecture design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions tailored to business needs.
o Define and document solution architecture system integrations and security protocols.
o Provide expertise in identity lifecycle management provisioning and access certifications.
Development & Coding:
o Develop and customize workflows rules and connectors using live coding practices to ensure realtime solution validation.
o Optimize performance and scalability of SailPoint implementations.
o Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Collaboration & Leadership:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
o Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in SailPoint development and integration.
o Partner with security compliance and IT teams to meet regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting & Support:
o Analyze and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint integrations and customizations.
o Provide postdeployment support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Live Coding Experience: Proven ability to demonstrate coding skills in realtime environments.
Technical Expertise:
o 5 years of handson experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
o Proficiency in Java XML BeanShell and scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python).
o Strong understanding of IAM concepts RBAC and access governance.
Architectural Experience:
o Experience designing largescale IAM solutions.
o Familiarity with integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems like Active Directory LDAP and cloud platforms.
ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in development and production environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
SailPoint certifications (e.g. IdentityIQ Architect or Engineer).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloudbased IAM solutions and microservices architecture.
