Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager (CA Final) to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing balance sheets financial consulting conducting audits managing GST and taxation matters and handling overall accounting functions. This role requires strong technical expertise attention to detail and the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Balance Sheet Management
- Prepare and maintain accurate and uptodate balance sheets
- Ensure financial records are in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Oversee reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Financial Consulting
- Provide expert financial advice and consulting to clients and management on various accounting taxation and financial matters
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and assist in strategic decisionmaking
- Audit and Compliance
- Conduct internal audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Ensure timely filing of financial reports and adherence to audit schedules
- GST and Taxation
- Handle GST compliance including the preparation and filing of GST returns
- Ensure tax compliance with various taxation laws (direct and indirect taxes)
- Advise on tax planning strategies and maintain updated knowledge of tax laws
- Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee daytoday accounting functions including journal entries ledgers and financial transactions
- Generate regular financial reports and present them to senior management
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts ensuring adherence to financial plans
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth and effective financial operations
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff and other team members
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- CA Final completed (must be a qualified Chartered Accountant or in the final stages of the CA program)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles auditing practices taxation (GST and income tax) and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in managing audits preparing financial statements and dealing with compliance issues
Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial consulting or advisory roles
- Expertise in handling complex financial structures
- Familiarity with ERP systems
Education
- Chartered Accountant (CA Final) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting taxation and auditing
