Requirements
A strong 2 years experience in outbound sales or lead generation preferably in facilities maintenance construction or a similar industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
Proficient with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Go High Level) and sales tools.
Techsavvy and quick to adopt new tools and technologies.
Selfdriven and resultsoriented with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
Background in facilities maintenance or a related sector (preferred).
Familiarity with industryspecific terminology and practices (preferred).
Experience using lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Outreach.io (preferred).
Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) (preferred).
