Job Description
Position Title: Data Analyst
Work Setup: Work OnSite
Schedule: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Salary: Php 30000
Signon Bonus: TBC
Our client is a successful company specializes in delivering fresh highquality seafood to restaurants wholesalers and individual customers. We pride ourselves on sustainability efficiency and superior service. Were seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and help us optimize operations improve customer satisfaction and drive profitability through datadriven insights.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DATA ANALYST
Your Responsibilities as a Data Analyst would be:
1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Collect clean and analyze data from various sources such as sales inventory and logistics.
o Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Create reports for management with actionable insights on customer trends product performance and operational efficiency.
2. Supply Chain Optimization:
o Analyze inventory levels delivery times and shipping costs to identify costsaving opportunities.
o Forecast demand for fish products based on historical sales and market trends.
3. Customer Insights:
o Evaluate customer purchasing patterns to identify upselling and crossselling opportunities.
o Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction using data insights.
4. Operational Efficiency:
o Monitor FedEx delivery data and identify ways to optimize shipping processes.
o Analyze waste or spoilage trends and suggest improvements to minimize losses.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with sales logistics and management teams to align data findings with business goals.
o Communicate insights clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications as an Appointment Setter:
Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics Statistics Business or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel SQL Python or R.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills to present findings to nontechnical audiences.
Knowledge of supply chain management or the seafood industry is a plus.
