Exciting Opportunity for Sales Call Center Agent (Outbound Calls)!
As a Sales Call Center Agent (Outbound Agents) youll play a crucial role in scheduling meetings for Outside Sales Reps qualifying sales leads initiating email campaigns and supporting sales operations as required.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Freelance Fulltime (42 hours/week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates)
- Schedule: 4 days work week with 3 consecutive days off (between 8:00 pm7:30 pm Manila time) with flexibility for schedule changes based on business needs.
- Location: Onsite in Quezon City Eastwood
- Compensation: Up to PHP40000 all in monthly salary (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers via various channels to set up meetings (aiming for 5 meetings weekly).
- Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to generate leads and schedule sales meetings.
- Helping telesales teams identify and qualify potential sales leads
- Assist with administrative sales tasks as necessary.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Prospect new clients and schedule initial appointments.
- Research and qualify leads for sales opportunities.
- Execute marketspecific sales plans for target customers.
- Meet or exceed defined sales goals.
- Manage social media outreach to schedule meetings.
Requirements
- EXCELLENT English skills with NEUTRAL accent.
- Associate or Bachelor s degree.
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Exceptional communication and phone skills
- Typing experience and the ability to thrive in an office environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes and cycles.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets or Excel with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions prioritize tasks perform basic math accurately and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
