We are seeking a detailoriented Machine Assembler to join our team in Leominster MA. This role involves assembling large and small machinery with precision ensuring highquality builds that meet design specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble large and small machinery with precision fitments to ensure highquality results.
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints including GD&T symbols and tolerances to execute accurate assembly.
- Modify and adjust parts as needed utilizing machining tools such as milling machines and lathes.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Safely move and position large machine parts using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards for heavy machinery.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and GD&T symbols.
- Handson experience with machining tools such as lathes and milling machines for part modification.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle and assemble large machinery safely and efficiently.
