Job Description
Hagie Manufacturing is seeking a qualified candidate to be part of our Assembly team in Clarion IA. As a member of the Assembly team you would be building various assemblies following detailed work instructions using a multitude of hand and power tools. You would be responsible for the quality of the product as well as output quantities to meet customer demand.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions processes and procedures.
- Comply with policies guidelines and requirements per the Quality System.
- Comply with policies guidelines and requirements per the Safety System.
- Report problems with quality processes equipment and materials to coordinator or department leader.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Ability to complete 10 hours of assembly work with full certification.
- Use a PC or tablet to manage daily schedule access work instructions digital tools and report issues.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have at least one of the following:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
- At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience
- Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing walking bending lifting (up to 35 lbs) and performing of repetitive actions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One or more year(s) experience in manufacturing.
- One or more year(s) experience with mechanical tools.
