At the heart of this success are our customerobsessed teams whose dedication and innovation have crafted a marketleading B2C value proposition fueling our ongoing expansion.
As we look further out towards the next five years we are looking to mirror this success in our B2B arm (our fastest growing business segment which accounts for 15% of overall Trainline sales today) with an immediate focus on super serving the needs of our Train Operating Companies (TOCs) who sell rail tickets on our channels.
This role will strategically tackle critical pain points in the B2B space and drive uptake & usage of a powerful toolkit of product levers being built to unlock enhanced value for TOCs and the industry. By doing so it will play a pivotal role in strengthening Trainlines position as EUs #1 rail aggregator and driving monetization across all our core geographies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
This role reports to the Director of Commercial Growth (Trainline Partner Solutions) who in turn reports to the VP of Trainline Partner Solutions. You will also work in close collaboration with dedicated product engineering data and design resource as well as Trainlines EU Supply Team. Additionally you will partner with equivalent counterparts within the UK Industry Team to ensure alignment and shared success across regions.
