Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Product Management for our Public Markets division in Dublin Ireland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive product strategy and innovation in the dynamic world of public markets.
- Collect and define business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation.
- Solution Delivery: Take ownership of the delivery process including facilitating meetings conducting whiteboard sessions securing signoff on acceptance criteria and managing implementation through the guarantee period.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to outline product roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Analyse and document business processes and perform process reviews.
- Escalation of delays and prompt communication of any emerging risks and challenges.
- Creation of user training manuals and supporting documentation.
- Support senior leadership with driving department initiatives and projects.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders clients third parties as well as with other business groups across MUFG.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work with a high level of precision in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework.
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Working knowledge of Fund Administration/banking workflows is an asset.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance accounting or a related field.
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- 35 years experience in Fund Administration
- Fund Accounting/Business Analyst experience
- Performed a similar role
