Job Description

As a New Business Senior Account Manager youll play a critical role in driving digital transformation for scaleups midmarket organizations and category leaders in the Professional Services sector.

Your mission To introduce Unit4s cuttingedge ERP Financial and HCM solutions to new clients secure new highvalue logos and empower your clients to unlock their full potential.

This is a senior role where your impact will be immense. While the position is remote your focus will be on the UK region.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Execution: Design and implement a winning new business sales strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious targets in the Professional Services vertical.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Lead complex sales processes endtoend engaging crossfunctional teamspresales value engineering marketing and beyondto deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • C suite Influence: Deliver compelling presentations to Clevel executives addressing their most pressing challenges and showcasing how our solutions drive measurable results.
  • Be the Catalyst: Help prospects envision the transformative impact of our solutions turning hesitation into enthusiasm.
  • Stay Ahead: Master our technology stay informed about industry trends and continuously sharpen your skills to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Qualifications :

Who You Are

Youre a gogetter with 5 years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
You have a proven track record in ERP or financial SaaS sales (mandatory).
Youre a professional at navigating the Professional Services sector and understand its unique needs.
Business processes You know them inside and out.
You have the charisma to inspire the resilience to negotiate and the vision to guide clients toward success.
Youre a team player with a hunters mindset always looking for that next big win.
Youre comfortable engaging and influencing Clevel executives turning tough challenges into bold opportunities.
Mentorship leadership and collaboration come naturally to youyoure always ready to lift others while driving results.
