Job Description

We seek an organised and efficient Procurement Assistant to join our team based in  Poland. As a Procurement Assistant you will support our procurement departments daily operations and ensure smooth supply chain processes.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders requisitions and other procurement documents
  • Support the evaluation and selection of vendors through market research and data analysis
  • Collaborate with team members to identify costsaving opportunities and process improvements
  • Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities
  • You will work closely with all team members supporting them with procurement and supply management requests for support related to their categories.
  • You will promote provide guidance and ensure compliance with the Global Procurement Policy and associated processes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will independently manage one or more spending categories with the teams support.
  • You will conduct an intermediatelevel financial analysis of tender responses to present to the Senior Procurement Managers and overall Global Head of Procurement.
  • You will be responsible for keeping the Procurement Source to Contract platform updated for all contracts (contract end dates etc.) and identifying opportunities for improvements in systems and processes.
  • You will be responsible for updating the Procurement intranet site to ensure it is current and up to date and recommending and implementing improvements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in procurement or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • You possess a curious mindset show creativity in any problem and can articulate and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with supplier management and vendor relationships
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken form
  • You should maintain a cando attitude with a positive mindset to achieve excellent outcomes for yourself your stakeholders and your team.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Power BI and Excel and have a proven track record of using these tools.
  • You are fluent in English both in written and spoken forms.
