Role Overview:

As an Operations Customer Expert I you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized support and increasing customer satisfaction for a renowned fashion brand. Your contributions will help build lasting customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support via calls and emails in Italian and English.
  • Assist with orders deliveries and returns ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Offer expert advice on fashion products to foster customer confidence.
