Position: Subcontract Administrator (Contract)
Salary: Negotiable.
Status: Contract under Vinarco.
Location: Laemchabang Industrial Estate Chonburi.
Working time: Mon Fri 7.30 17.00 and Sat 7.30 12.00.
Bus provided: Sukumvit main road from Chalermthai Chonburi and Banchang Rayong.

Responsibilities
- Perform Subcontracting activities in accordance with Corporate/Project subcontracting procedures.
- Subcontractor Register; Prequalification (PQ) Evaluation update AVL. If require site survey coordinate internal and external parties.
- Management and maintenance of approved subcontractor register together with subcontractor assessment program.
- Maintenance of Subcontractor information database.
- Monitoring of subcontractor performance and addressing poor performance issues.
- Facilitating subcontractors for performance improvement.
- Subcontractor reassessment.
- Coordinate with concern parties to get result of Subcontractor Performance Evaluation.
- Sourcing for potential subcontractors to meet scope of services and price competitive.
- Process bidding based on Request for Proposal (RFP) assignment.
- Focal point for technical clarifications during preaward process.
- Perform Commercial Bid Evaluations negotiation and recommend for award
- Assure award Subcontracts Agreement with fair transparency cost and delivery effectiveness with terms and conditions and Technical Requirement.
- Preparing and completing subcontracts document e.g. Letter of Award (LOA) Subcontracting Services Agreement.
- Coordinate with Subcontractors and Internal Parties to meet companys requirements e.g. safety orientation quality management etc.
- Support End User and related parties to complete services requirements without failed.
- Administration and management of the assigned RFP Packages preaward postawarded activities until close out the agreement.
- Follow up documents as required in the agreement.
- Assure all data and documentations are recorded updated and ready for audit.
- Review invoice for Commercial part and ensure related approvers return invoice approval within the cycle.
- Provide report upon request.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any fields.
- At least 3 years experience in Subcontracting and/or Procurement.
- Experience in Oil and Gas or Construction/Fabrication is a plus
- Commercial Analytical
