Job Description
Industry: Financial Services
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Support the full lifecycle of digital asset fund launches from prelaunch planning and operational reviews to ongoing administration
- Ensure that necessary controls are in place and adhered to providing accurate fund administration services to the clients
- Ensuring accurate NAV calculations expense monitoring and timely regulatory reporting (CBM Annex IV annual returns etc.)
- Liaise with auditors prepare and review annual financial statements
- Monitor administration fee payments and chasing of debtors
- Assist the team with client relationship management and leadership support
- Assist and enhance task management and performance of team
- Ensure tasks are delivered within the respective timelines
- Identify areas for development and effective feedback and communication
What skills do you need
- In possession of a degree in Accountancy or the ACCA qualification or a degree in Banking and/or Finance
- A minimum of 5 years experience in fund administration 2 of which have been spent in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of the digital assets class and of IFRS and other accounting standards
- Knowledge of PFS Paxus will be considered an asset
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Demonstrate good leadership skills as well as a very good team player
- Flexible and able to multitask and prioritise to deliver on time
- Excellent administrative and business support skills able to multitask and work calmly under pressure
- Able to take initiative and handle increasing responsibility over time
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
