Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Manage and optimize customer workflows using Go High Level CRM.
- Assist in creating and managing course content on Thinkific.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and issues.
- Design marketing materials and social media content using Canva.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
Requirements
- CRM Expertise: At least 3 years of experience using Go HighLevel CRM.
- Elearning Platforms: At least 3 years of experience using Thinkific.
- Customer Service: At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Marketing Experience: Proven background in marketing strategies and execution.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in using Canva for creating visually appealing content.
- Additional Skills: Strong communication problemsolving abilities and time management skills.
