Software Architect Embedded Software Platforms (AUTOSAR/Linux/QNX
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect with expertise in software platforms on Classic/Adaptive AUTOSAR and/or Linux/QNX hypervisor and base software development. This role is instrumental in designing and implementing cuttingedge software solutions for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the senior architecture team and lead the establishment of longterm design strategies for Embedded Software Platforms.
- Lead the development of software platforms based on AUTOSAR and/or Linux ensuring seamless integration on HighPerformance Computing (HPC) platforms supporting multiple operating systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Oversee the integration of Board Support Packages (BSP) and configuration of hypervisors and Guest OS.
- Ensure compliance with the latest automotive safety and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software platform development processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect in automotive software development.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Classic AUTOSAR domain.
- Expertise in Linuxbased systems and hypervisor technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C C or Embedded C.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture design principles patterns and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR.
- Knowledge of QNX hypervisor and realtime operating systems.
- Familiarity with automotive cybersecurity and functional safety standards (ISO 26262 ASPICE etc.).
- Handson experience with embedded software development tools and methodologies.
