Job Description:
Weare seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Product Owner tojoin our dynamic agile product management team. In this role you will own apart of the connectivity product covering a set of solutions/functionsdeveloped by 12 scrum teams. You will work closely with stakeholders and otherproduct owners to ensure the successful delivery of highquality embeddedsoftware solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- ProductOwnership: Own and manage part of the connectivity product ensuring alignmentwith the overall product vision and goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify needs from stakeholders including projectmanagers epicowners release management and endtoend testing teams.
- BacklogManagement: Prioritize features in the teams backlogs refine backlog itemsand ensure clear and concise user stories.
- AgileCollaboration: Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily standups sprintplanning retrospective sessions sprint reviews and backlog groomingsessions.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with other product owners in yourproduct group and across other product groups to achieve shared visions andgoals.
- BugTracking: Follow up on prioritized bugs ensuring timely resolution andcommunication with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment preferably within embedded software development.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and connectivity solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in backlog management and agile tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
