At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join us at our Dublin office.
Heres what youll do:
Your daytoday will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
The Contract/Cost Manager will be responsible for managing the pre and postcontract requirements of the Infrastructure Departments Portfolio ensuring they are being adhered to and fulfilled in line with the requirements of the awarded framework agreements and Work Orders (calloff contracts). Precontract the role holder will work closely with the Contracting Entitys Procurement and Legal team providing support to the Programme Directors on the engagement of Contractors and/or Consultants in accordance with the Contracting Entitys procedures and procurement strategy.
Postcontract the Contract Manager will be involved in the management and administration of the Work Orders from award to Completion takeover of works and final assessment. The Contract Manager shall support in the review and acceptance of subcontractors and acceptance of subcontract documents in line with the contract. The Contract Manager will also oversee the monitoring of the Contractor and /or Consultants performance based on the contractually agreed Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the management of any disputes as required.

Heres what were looking for:
As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our infrastructure markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.
15 years experience in contract/cost management and administration with at least 7 years of NEC experience
Knowledge of monitoring Contractors and/or Consultants performance
Significant experience in and understanding of claims management
Experience of establishing Contractors and/or Consultants performance management frameworks
Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators for Contractors and/or Consultants organisations and experience in building a Key Performance Indicators library
Experience in administrating contracts in particular the NEC suite of contracts
