Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Handle inbound inquiries providing accurate information and addressing customer concerns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and followups.
- Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Record customer information and sales activities in the companys CRM system.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide aftersales support as needed.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products services and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in telesales telemarketing or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (both verbal and written).
- Persuasive speaking skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel) and CRM software is an advantage.
- Good listening skills to understand customer requirements effectively.
- Targetdriven mindset with a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
