As a Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for attracting sourcing and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This is a critical role as our success depends on hiring the right people to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals social media networking and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities professional organizations and other recruitment channels.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
