Job Summary

The Academic Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the academic management and development of the school. This position is responsible for planning implementing and overseeing educational programs in alignment with CBSE guidelines ensuring highquality education and maintaining compliance with all academic standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
    • Master s Degree in a relevant subject is preferred


  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
    • At least 2 years in an academic coordination or leadership role.


  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and educational policies.
    • Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
    • Ability to inspire and manage a team of educators.
    • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
