Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical authority for the Frontend Guild ensuring best practices and high coding standards.
- Lead frontend development efforts providing guidance and technical direction on Reactbased projects.
- Develop and maintain clean efficient and scalable frontend code.
- Support codebase cleanup and ensure adherence to modern development practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align frontend architecture with overall system design.
- Effectively communicate technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies especially React while also exploring other frameworks like Angular as a plus.
- Provide technical mentorship to Frontend developers fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Ensure highquality software development through code reviews testing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 5 years with React
- Responsibilities: Lead the frontend guild as a technical authority
- Technical Skills: Expertise in React (mandatory) other frameworks like Angular are a plus
- General Skills: Develop maintainable code support codebase cleanup understand overall architecture
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management ability to explain problems and solutions selfreliant
- Leadership: Technical leadership only no direct reportees
