What Youll Do as Junior People & Culture Partner at Aira:
As a Junior People & Culture Partner youll play a key role in supporting our employees and managers ensuring they have the tools and guidance they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being aTrusted Adviser: With the support of the Head of People Operations & People Culture Partner provide expert advice on employee relations policies and best practices.
- Conflict Resolution: Support line managers with conflict management disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
- Performance Management: Assist managers in setting clear objectives conducting performance reviews and fostering open conversations with their teams.
- DaytoDay Support: Manage peoplerelated queries produce reports and maintain the people inbox.
- Training & Development: Help deliver internal management training workshops including employee relations for beginners.
- HR Systems & Payroll: Maintain and update the HRIS and work closely with our external payroll provider to ensure a smooth monthly pay cycle.
- Benefits & Compliance: Administer employee benefits manage pension schemes and ensure all records comply with GDPR and employment regulations.
- Onboarding & Screening: Manage the screening process for new starters and ensure righttowork documentation is complete and up to date.
- Office & Engagement Support: Assist with office management duties and support engagement and social activities.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve our People administration processes.
- Cultural Champion: Role model Airas values and ensure we provide outstanding support and service to our internal teams.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking an organised and proactive HR professional who is eager to develop their career. Youll bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Coordinator HR Advisor or similar role.
- Some knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
- Experience with talent acquisition performance management and employee engagement.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across both officebased and remote teams.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data and support decisionmaking.
- Exceptional communication coaching and influencing skills.
