Role Overview:
As a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst at Copperleaf Technologies you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategies and market initiatives. You will design and implement essential gotomarket reporting to provide valuable business insights across the organization. Your analytical skills will be key in shaping our gotomarket plans to achieve our objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong mathematical acumen and excellent communication skills capable of supporting change through datadriven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Data Analysis and Report Development: Prepare historical and forwardlooking sales data analysis to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement. Utilize various internal data sources and summarize the results in MS Excel and PowerBI. Share critical business insights with leadership and other stakeholders to support business operations.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives. Discuss measurement approaches and provide insights to leadership.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of gotomarket (GTM) plans. Drive crossfunctional initiatives in cooperation with global and regional functions.
- Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement. Provide actionable insights to enhance customer experience.
- Market Research and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand competitive dynamics and market opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and market positioning to provide strategic recommendations.
- Process Definitions and Enhancement: Develop processes and concepts for enhanced operational procedures and tools. Assess existing reporting tools and methodologies to simplify and standardize them. Make insightful recommendations to further enhance the business value derived from reporting tools.
Qualifications :
About You:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in a similar role in the software or technology industry.
- Knowledge: Fluent in software demand generation SaaS KPIs Revenue Recognition.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel PBI and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- DetailOriented: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a right firsttime ethos.
