Job Description
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 months onsite; WFH After)
Shift: Mid Shift
Requirements:
- 57 years of experience in RPA with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading teams
- Solid understanding of process mapping automation and optimization.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform tools are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the RPA development team to deliver highquality automation solutions.
- Oversee endtoend project lifecycle ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and provide technical expertise.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in RPA and related Microsoft tools.
- Train mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
